The staff was responsive and the pool area was nice. The location was comfortable - not far from the mall and highway, Seattle skyline and Mount Rainier, and the air port. Northgate district was worth visiting.

Was a reasonable base for xmas. I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was exceptionally clean with very very helpful and attentive staff except that one staff member. The room was beautifully decorated and included a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a coffeemaker.

Favourable location close to the Mall made it easy to get to key attractions. It was also adjacent to public transport and Seattle.

The food was GREAT - a wide range of options. The room turned out to be new-fashioned and outstanding with a great complimentary breakfast, huge shower and necessary amenities. The hotel's location was particularly good close to a Mall.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Northgate Mall and has easy access to public transport, such as bus 41, which takes you to the Seattle area in just 15 minutes. The room was clean, well-decorated, and had a high-end feel. The bathroom was spacious and had good quality amenities. The staff was wonderful and always provided helpful information. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a parkade with plenty of spaces and an elevator for easy access.

The location is convenient, 1 mile from Gazebo. They have Hearing Accessible rooms with necessary amenities and a great complimentary breakfast, for instance and care about everyone.

The hotel was located close enough to the mall and highway and Kerry Park for a viewpoint of Seattle skyline. The rooms were a nice size with a great complimentary breakfast. The location was marvellous close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Northgate district.

The bed was uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

The breakfast was exceptional, with diverse options each day. a delightful stay and would return if in the area again!
